Firearm Sales & Transfers

Firearm sales and transfers are subject to all applicable federal and state regulations, including shipment to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) when required. Torchwood Tactical, LLC reserves the right to verify FFL information prior to shipment.

All firearm sales are final, except as required by law or explicitly stated in our Store Policies.

Training & Consulting Services

Training and consulting services are provided for lawful purposes only. Participation in firearms training involves inherent risks. By enrolling in training or consulting services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Torchwood Tactical, LLC reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants, or terminate training at any time for safety, legal, or policy reasons.

Orders, Payments & Cancellations

All pricing, fees, and payment terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. Orders may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees as outlined in our Store Policies.
